New major: Sports Philosophy

You're doing bicep curls with 10 pounds. You want to switch to a straight arm raise with 5 pounds. You turn the dial on your new Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells from 10 to 5. It works.



But where did the other 5 pounds go???
