Monday To-Do

Greensboro will be a host city for the major American Friends Service Committee's Exhibit Eyes Wide Open. This exhibition is a multimedia journey through the words, images and sounds of the Iraq war. It features over 1,300 pairs of combat boots, tagged with the names of U.S. soldiers who have died in the Iraq war. It also features a moving wall of remembrance for the Iraqi civilians killed in the war.

The Eyes Wide Open Exhibit will be shown at The Depot at 300 East Washington St. in downtown Greensboro on Jan 23rd, 24th and 25th. Hours will be Sunday the 23rd 1pm -9 pm, Monday 24th 9 am-9 pm, and Tuesday 25th 9 am-9 pm.
